Dear Parents or Guardians,
The school year is coming to an end and students’ medications need to be taken home. If your student has any prescription medication, over the counter medications or a nebulizer device in the nurse’s office, the parent/guardian needs to come by the nurse’s office for pickup on or prior to the last day of school. The medications not picked up before dismissal on May 26, 2023 will be properly disposed of. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

This evening students from 5th and 6th grade band joined the Junior High and High School in their Spring concert to close out an award winning year. Thank you Mr. Aupied and Mrs. Smith for a wonderful evening and all that you do for our band students.
Coach Skinner and Coach Kirven's HS Science classes dissected fetal pigs today while studying internal and external anatomy. While most of us tried to steer clear, Mrs. Burnett, Ms. Garrett and Coach Martin didn't mind jumping right in to help!
Good luck to Codey Cardwell as he travels to Austin for the UIL State Academic Competition! Codey will compete in the Number Sense competition tomorrow morning.
Today the elementary is celebrating their principal, Mrs. Stone. Mart ISD is blessed with two amazing principals in Mrs. Stone and Ms. Wilton. Please show these ladies your appreciation if you see them today or reach out via email. Their jobs are not easy but their love for our students is what sustains our #PANTHERFamily!

If you're planning on watching Mart compete at the state track meet on NFHS please tune in early. All events are on a rolling time schedule to miss the weather and so they could run ahead of schedule. You can find the schedule of events here: https://www.uiltexas.org/files/athletics/state-track-field/2023_2A_TF_Schedule.pdf but we suggest tuning in by 6pm so you don't miss the 400m dash and by 7pm so you don't miss the relay.

Tickets for Thursday's playoff baseball game vs Valley Mills at Waco ISD stadium can be pre-purchased at the link below or purchased at the gate. Ticket prices are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students. Gates will open at 3:00pm. Game 1 starts at 4pm with Game 2 starting 30 minutes after the completion of Game 1.
