Youth sports in Mart kicked off their seasons this week. Mart Youth Football & Cheer held their kick off pep rally on Tuesday night with 68 youth cheerleaders running the show. Approximately 75 young football players will take the field on Saturday as they begin their seasons.
Wednesday evening, 63 girls took the court in their first youth volleyball games of the fall. Approximately 30 of these girls are from Mart with the others participating from Riesel, Axtell and Hallsburg.
These youth sports organizations are a blessing to the young people in our communities. We want to thank the organizations, coaches, sponsors, and volunteers that are involved in making these activities happen for our kids.
